GuenMat Tools

This software is a utility for managing multimedia collections (tv shows, movies, music and books).
Among its main features:
• Display of the collection (movies, tv shows, music, books and comics).
• Automatic discovery of changes to the collection (local or network storage scanner)
• Ability to tick when a movie or tv show has been seen
• Display tv shows and films with missing subtitles
• Display tv shows pointers (current episode, last episode with subtitles)
• Remote Storage on a server data

Windows installation guide:
First, the Java plugin must be installed on the computer. The best way to check if everything is operational and up to date is to connect to the official Java address:
http://www.java.com/fr/download/
and use the provided installation checker.
If something is wrong, just follow the instructions on the page.
Then, a double click on the application installer (Jar file previously downloaded) is enough to start the installation. Follow the displayed indications.
Once the application is installed, a shortcut must be visible on the desktop.
Another shortcut is also available at "All programs" -- "GuenMatTools" -- "MediaCollection".
In order to uninstall, click on the "Uninstall application" shortcut at "All programs" -- "GuenMatTools" -- "MediaCollection".
Ubuntu installation guide:
First, the Java plugin must be installed on the computer. The best way to check if everything is operational is to launch the command below in a terminal:
sudo aptitude install openjdk-8-jre
If Java is no available, the installation will start.
Then  lauch the command below on the application installer (Jar file previously downloaded):
java -jar desktop-x.x.x-standard.jar
Follow the indications, and once it is done, a shortcut will be available in the "Applications" menu.
In order to uninstall, launch the commands:
cd INSTALL_PATH/Uninstaller
java -jar uninstaller.jar

Manual installation
First, the phone or tablet must allow manual installations. Open the phone "Settings" and then the "Security" menu.
The option "Unknown sources" must be ticked.
Finally download the application apk file with the phone or tablet browser, and when it is done click on the notification to lauch the installation.
If the notification disappears, open the "Download" application et click on the apk file.
Follow the screen indications in order to finish the application installation.
